Brooke House Health and Wellbeing Centre

Founded in 2018 by veterans and healthcare professionals, Brooke House Health and Wellbeing Centre acts as a central anchor for veteran support across Northern Ireland. Nestled on the beautiful, historic Colebrooke Estate in County Fermanagh, the centre uniquely combines the healing power of nature with evidence-based therapeutic practices. Recognising the distinct challenges faced by military veterans, former police officers (including the RUC and PSNI), and their families, the centre provides a safe, secure, and confidential sanctuary attuned to the unique context of Northern Ireland's history.

Recently honoured with the Health & Wellbeing Award at the 2025 Northern Irish Veterans Awards, Brooke House operates on a holistic "biopsychosocial" model, treating the whole person by addressing physical, psychological, and social needs simultaneously. In the 2024-2025 year alone, they supported 328 unique clients across more than 2,600 sessions, achieving an exceptional 91.6% attendance rate for psychotherapy that reflects the community's deep trust in their care. Whether you need support with complex trauma, chronic pain management, or simply a space to reconnect, their highly skilled team works with you to co-create a personalised path to recovery.
